* The facility is available exclusively to MultiSport Plus cardholders.
* MultiSport cards are personal and non-transferable. Cardholders are required to present a valid ID together with their MultiSport card upon entry. The facility reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual attempting to use another person's card or allowing their card to be used by someone else.
* Appropriate sports shoes must be worn in all training areas. Shoes that are dirty, leave marks on the floor, as well as boots, sandals, slippers, and similar footwear are strictly prohibited. Suitable sportswear must be worn at all times.
* The use of a towel is mandatory within the facility. Equipment must be used in accordance with its instructions and returned to its designated place after use.
* Bringing bags into training areas, speaking loudly, or engaging in behavior that may disturb other members is prohibited.
* Cardholders acknowledge that they are physically fit to participate in sports activities. The facility shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow facility rules and instructions.
* Tennis court services are not available at the facility.
* Reservations are not required for group exercise classes. Class schedules and content may be modified by the facility without prior notice.
* The facility does not offer a Kids Club or childcare service.
* Wearing a swim cap is mandatory when using the indoor swimming pool.
* Towel service is not provided by the facility. Users are required to bring their own personal towels.
* Individuals with open wounds or contagious illnesses are prohibited from using the swimming pool. All hygiene and safety rules established by the facility must be strictly followed while using the pool.
* Access to the outdoor swimming pool is available through a reservation system on weekends.
* Outdoor pool usage is subject to capacity limits. Reservations must be made in advance.
