Terms of Use

I. Definitions and Explanations

“Benefit Systems” refers to Benefit Systems Spor Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, registered at Sultan Selim Mah. Hümeyra Sk. NEF 09 Sitesi B Blok No:7 İç Kapı No: 82, Kağıthane/Istanbul.

“Website” refers to the website owned by Benefit Systems at www.benefitsystems.com.tr.

“ID Document” means an official document issued by authorized governmental, municipal, educational, or other institutions that includes the User’s name, surname, and photograph (e.g., ID card, passport, driver’s license, student card).

“Terms of Use” refers to these MultiSport Terms of Use.

“User” means an individual over 18 years of age who holds a MultiSport Card issued in their name or uses a MultiSport QR Code to benefit from MultiSport Services.

“MultiSport Card” or “Card” means a laminated card granting the User access to MultiSport Services. The Card remains the property of Benefit Systems and contains the card number, the User’s name and surname, and the Customer’s name/title. Customers may choose between MultiSport Classic Card or MultiSport Plus Card depending on the services selected.

“MultiSport QR Code” means a two-dimensional matrix code generated via the MultiSport mobile application, enabling the User to access MultiSport Services, storing encrypted data in text or text-representable format.

“MultiSport Services” refers to all sports and recreational services accessible via the MultiSport Card or MultiSport QR Code. Details regarding available services, participating Sports Centers, and usage conditions are published on the Website. Additional conditions specific to certain Sports Centers may be listed in the relevant details section. The validity of MultiSport Classic and MultiSport Plus Cards may differ depending on the Sports Center.

“Customer” refers to companies, non-profit organizations, sole proprietorships, and other employers that purchase sports and recreational services from Benefit Systems for their employees or related individuals.

“Sports Center” refers to facilities such as gyms, swimming complexes, fitness clubs, tennis courts, dance studios, and similar venues where MultiSport Services are provided. A full list of Sports Centers and service details is available on the Website.

II. Scope

These Terms of Use regulate the rules that Users must comply with when using MultiSport Cards and QR Codes, as well as the rights of Benefit Systems in case of non-compliance.

III. General Provisions

  1. Each User is entitled to visit one Sports Center per day and benefit from the available MultiSport Services.
  2. The MultiSport Card is issued only to individuals aged 18 and above and is strictly non-transferable.
  3. Each User may hold only one MultiSport Card issued in their name.
  4. Unless explicitly stated on the Website, MultiSport Services do not include personal trainer services free of charge. Any additional services are subject to the pricing of the respective Sports Center.
  5. MultiSport Cards remain the property of Benefit Systems and must be returned upon termination of the agreement with the Customer. The User’s mobile account will also be deactivated accordingly.
  6. Users must comply with these Terms of Use as well as all operational rules of the Sports Centers they visit (including registration, operations, and reservations). By using the Card once, the User is deemed to have accepted all such rules. In case of violation, Benefit Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate access.
  7. Leaving or depositing the Card at any Sports Center is strictly prohibited.
  8. Users are strictly prohibited from lending, transferring, selling, renting, gifting, or allowing others to use their Card or QR Code, including sharing generated QR codes for entry.
  9. Users may not alter the design of the Card or manipulate the QR Code.
  10. In case of violations, Benefit Systems reserves the right to block access temporarily or permanently and request the return of the Card.

IV. Access to Sports Centers

  1. For each visit, Users must present their Card along with a valid ID Document or scan their QR Code and complete any required entry procedures.
  2. Users may switch to QR Code usage via the mobile application; however, the physical Card will then be canceled. QR Code users may access Sports Centers both within and outside Türkiye, while Card users are limited to facilities within Türkiye.
  3. Access may be restricted or denied by the Sports Center due to capacity limitations.
  4. Authorized personnel may verify ID Documents. Any discrepancy between ID and Card/app information may result in access suspension. Refusal to present ID may also lead to suspension.
  5. Benefit Systems is not liable for any damages or losses incurred at Sports Centers. Compliance with facility rules is the sole responsibility of the User. Occupational health and safety obligations are the responsibility of the Sports Center.
  6. Benefit Systems reserves the right to modify MultiSport Services and participating Sports Centers.

V. Miscellaneous

  1. These Terms of Use may be amended periodically by Benefit Systems. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Website.
  2. For inquiries, Users may contact Benefit Systems at 0850 477 0274.
  3. In case of loss, damage, or theft of the Card, the User must notify Benefit Systems within 24 hours via the Customer or by phone. Recovered cards must be returned immediately.
  4. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts.
