We, BENEFIT SYSTEMS SPOR HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”), hereby aim to fulfill our clarification obligation within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Communique on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

In this context, the issues that we are obliged to inform you of are as follows:

2. Purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data in the types and categories of name-surname, e-mail address, telephone number, your company or the organization you work for, and your request you have provided to our Company via the contact section is processed for the purposes of returning to you if you contact our Company via the contact form, evaluating the issue regarding your communication request and informing you of such issue, informing you regarding the services offered by our Company and providing services to you, if necessary, contacting you regarding the services in question, following up on your requests and complaints, carrying out the Company’s storage and archive activities, and if you give consent, sending e-mails, calls, and automatic calls containing campaigns, surveys, congratulations, wishes, marketing for the promotion and advertising of our Company and its services.

3. Persons to whom personal data processed by the Company may be transferred and the purposes of transfer

Your personal data is transferred to the service provider located abroad based on the standard contract containing the matters declared by the Personal Data Protection Board, due to the Company receiving data storage services for the storage of personal data.

4. Method and legal grounds for collecting personal data

Your personal data is obtained electronically via the Company’s website and is collected for the legal reasons of the necessity of processing personal data of the parties to the service agreement since it is directly related to the establishment of the agreement, the necessity of data processing for the establishment, use and protection of your right to communicate with our Company and your explicit consent.

5. Your rights under the Law regarding your Personal Data are as follows:

(a) to learn whether your Personal Data is being processed, (b) to request information if your Personal Data has been processed, (c) to learn the purpose of processing your Personal Data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, (d) to know the third parties to whom Personal Data is transferred domestically or abroad, (d) To request correction of your Personal Data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, (e) To request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your Personal Data disappear, (f) To request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom Personal Data is transferred, g) To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, ğ) To demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of Personal Data.
