Terms of Use for MultiSport Cards

I. Definitions and Explanations

“Benefit Systems” refers to Benefit Systems Spor Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, registered at Sultan Selim Mah. Hümeyra Sk. NEF 09 Sitesi B Blok No:7 Inner Door No: 82 Kağıthane/Istanbul.

“Website” refers to the website owned by Benefit Systems, with the domain www.benefitsystems.com.tr.

“Identification Document” means a document issued by authorized state, municipal, educational, or other authorities containing the User’s full name and photo (e.g., ID card, passport, driver’s license, student card).

“Terms and Conditions” refers to these Terms and Conditions for the Use of MultiSport Cards.

“User” means an individual over the age of 18 who possesses a MultiSport Card issued in their name.

“MultiSport Card or Card” refers to a laminated card granting the User the right to access services under MultiSport Activities. The MultiSport Card belongs to Benefit Systems and includes the card number, the User’s full name, and the Customer’s name/title. The Customer may purchase a MultiSport Classic Card or MultiSport Plus Card based on the services they choose.

“MultiSport Activities” means all sports and recreational services available for use by Users. Information regarding all available services, sports centers, and terms of use is published on the Website. If specific conditions apply for using certain sports or recreational services at a particular Sports Center, these will be published in the Details section for that Sports Center. Sports Centers where MultiSport Classic Card and MultiSport Plus Card are valid may differ, and the necessary information is provided on the Website.

“Customer” means companies, non-profit organizations, sole proprietorships, and similar employers that purchase sports and recreational services from Benefit Systems to provide to their employees and other individuals associated with their activities.

“Sports Center” means any sports or recreational facility accessible via a MultiSport Card, including sports complexes, swimming pools, fitness clubs, tennis courts, dance studios, and similar facilities. A list of all Sports Centers and information about services available at the relevant Sports Centers can be found on the Website.

II. Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the rules that Users must comply with when using the MultiSport Card and the rights of Benefit Systems in case of non-compliance.

III. General Provisions

Each User has the right to visit one Sports Center per day and use the services offered by the Sports Center throughout the month.

MultiSport Cards are issued only to individuals over the age of 18 and are non-transferable.

Each User may be issued only one MultiSport Card in their name.

Unless explicitly stated on the Website, MultiSport Cards do not grant the right to use personal trainer services for free. The use of services not included in MultiSport Activities is subject to separate payment according to the prices set by the relevant Sports Center.

MultiSport Cards are the property of Benefit Systems and must be returned to Benefit Systems if the agreement with the relevant Customer is terminated for any reason.

Users must comply with these Terms and Conditions and all operational rules of the Sports Centers they visit (including initial registration, operations, and reservation rules). Terms and Conditions and Sports Center rules are published on the Website, and by using the MultiSport Card, the User is deemed to have accepted them.

Users are prohibited from leaving or depositing their Cards at any Sports Center, even if they visit regularly.

Users are strictly prohibited from lending, transferring, selling, renting, or gifting their MultiSport Cards, as well as sharing QR codes generated for entry and exit (for MultiSport Plus Card Users) with others. Users may only use their MultiSport Cards to access Sports Centers personally.

Users may not make any modifications to the design of their MultiSport Cards.

If a User acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or the operational rules of the Sports Centers, Benefit Systems has the right to restrict the User’s access to services, temporarily or permanently block the MultiSport Card, and request its return.

IV. Conditions for Accessing Sports Centers

At each visit to a Sports Center, the User must present their MultiSport Card along with an Identification Document, register their visit on the electronic card reader, and/or sign the visit form at the Sports Center where required. MultiSport Plus Card Users may use QR codes generated via the MultiSport Plus Card to access Sports Centers, according to instructions from the Customer and the Sports Center.

The Sports Center may limit or refuse the User’s access depending on current occupancy, restricting access to the relevant visit only.

Authorized personnel and employees of Sports Centers and Benefit Systems have the right to check Users’ Identification Documents. If there is any inconsistency between the information on the Identification Document and the MultiSport Card, or if the holder refuses to present the Identification Document, the User is considered in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Benefit Systems is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred by the User at the Sports Center. Any loss or damage resulting from the User’s failure to comply with the usage and operational rules of the Sports Center published on the Website is the sole responsibility of the User. Occupational health and safety measures required by law must be implemented, applied, and maintained by the Sports Center.

Benefit Systems reserves the right to change MultiSport Activities and Sports Centers.

V. Other Matters

These Terms and Conditions may be periodically amended or expanded by Benefit Systems. The new/updated Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date they are published on the Website.

Users may contact Benefit Systems at 0850 477 0274 for information regarding access to MultiSport Activities and the use of MultiSport Cards.

In case of loss, damage, or theft of a MultiSport Card, the User must inform Benefit Systems through the Customer within 24 (twenty-four) hours or call Benefit Systems at 0850 477 0274. A lost or stolen MultiSport Card must be returned to Benefit Systems immediately if recovered.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts.
