Facility Rules:
- The MultiSport card does not cover individual (one-on-one) sessions.
- Group classes require a reservation. Reservations must be made by calling the facility.
- Presenting a valid ID at the entrance is mandatory.
- The MultiSport card is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the cardholder.
- If a participant does not attend group classes regularly, the facility may remove the MultiSport user from the group.
- In group renewal classes, participants must continue with the same group when the period ends. New members may be added to available time slots, and you may not be able to secure a place again in your original time slot.
- Common areas must be used with care, and loud conversations should be avoided so as not to disturb participants during classes.
