Monday, Wednesday, Friday 06:00-08:00 13:00- 15:50 21:30-23:00 Tuesday, Thursday 13:00-15:50 21:30-23:00 Saturday, Sunday 17:00-21:00 - There is no obligation to have an instructor with fewer than 5 people during free usage hours.
Private group lessons will be provided for groups of 5 or more people. *Consult us for training programs, measurement analysis, and nutritional support!
