Mandatory Towel Usage
The use of towels in the gym is strictly mandatory. Members are required to lay down and actively use a towel while utilizing weight equipment, machines, benches, mats, and all other workout areas. This rule is implemented not only for personal hygiene but also to prevent health risks caused by sweat, bacteria, and microorganisms in common areas.
Clean and Indoor-Only Athletic Shoe Requirement
It is mandatory to wear only clean, indoor-only athletic shoes specifically reserved for gym use during entry and workout activities. Entering workout areas with shoes worn in daily life, used outdoors, or those that are dirty or likely to soil the gym floor and equipment is strictly prohibited.
