Services are provided by appointment. Please call to check available time slots.
Reformer Pilates classes are held in groups of 3, and participation in 8 sessions is mandatory.
Mat Pilates classes are opened with a minimum of 2 participants, and attendance to at least 8 sessions is required.
Step and Aerobics classes are opened with a minimum of 4 participants, and attendance to 8 sessions is required.
Our facility offers group classes only. Private one-on-one sessions (PT) are subject to an additional fee and MultiSport cards are not valid for these sessions.
